If you are in a mental health crisis and you need urgent help the last thing you need to be worrying about is whether you have enough credit on your phone to make a call.
To ensure that anyone in Sheffield can access mental health support over the phone we have introduced a new freephone number that can be used to contact our Single Point of Access service 24 hours a day seven days a week.
The Single Point of Access service provides support for anyone living in Sheffield who is in a mental health crisis and needs to talk to someone.
If you call the number and can't get through to the team straight away please leave them a message (including your name and contact details) and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
