Our staff are our most important asset, which is why we make sure we do everything we can to help improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing. Some of the staff wellbeing support we offer includes monthly Schwartz Rounds, confidential counselling, mentoring and a free fast-track physiotherapy service.

We cover mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, dementia and specialist services in the Sheffield region - which means there's lots of different areas to get involved in! Our nurses have the chance to do rotations in different wards and our Bank Office offers the chance to work in different services.

We have a thriving BME Staff Network Group, open to all staff who do not identify as White British. We also hold an annual Working Together Conference and offer a BME mentoring programme which includes members of the Board of Directors.
