Gendered Intelligence is a free trans-led, confidential help and support service for patients waiting for their first appointment with us.

Gendered Intelligence can offer you independent support and a listening ear at what we know can be a really difficult time.

The trans affirmative support support they offer is provided by workers who are all trans and non-binary people themselves and have lived experience of gender identity services. 

They can support you to:

• access confidential support
• source helpful information
• chat about resilience and self-care
• talk about how you might handle difficult times
• take care of your wellbeing

You can contact them on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 7pm and Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm.

Any contact outside of these hours will be picked up and responded to as soon as possible.
