Courses

It's completely understandable to be anxious, stressed or feeling down at the moment, especially during lockdown. The worst thing you can do when it comes to your mental health is bottle up how you're feeling and keep it to yourself.

Our range of free mental health courses are specifically designed to help you with a range of feelings you may be experiencing, whether it's the first time you've felt this way, or you're managing a long-term mental health condition.

In this section we'll explain a little bit more about the free courses that you can take advantage of where you can access support online, over the phone, by video chat or if appropriate, face-to-face.

Coping with COVID course

The Coronavirus outbreak has had a huge impact on our day-to-day lives. It's completely understandable to feel anxious with all uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, or stressed with being cut off from friends or family.

Over the four weeks you'll cover:

  • calming your body
