Our Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday 22 May 2024.

You can join our board meeting virtually as an observer or attend in person.

If you are joining virtually we are using Microsoft Teams and you can join in your browser (without having an app) by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.

If you want to attend in person then please arrive at reception at:

Please also email foundation.trust@shsc.nhs.uk to let us know in advance that you are planning to attend.

You won’t be able to speak in the meeting, and if you are attending virtually your microphone will be disabled and your camera will be turned off. Participants in the meeting will be able to see the username you choose to display.

We estimate that the public section of the meeting will start at approximately 10am, if you join the meeting before this time or the previous items overrun then you may have to wait in the lobby until the meeting opens up.
