The Trust’s Health Based Place of Safety, also known as the 136 Suite, is based at the Longley Centre.

The suite acts a place of safety for people who have been detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act.

It is a safe, comfortable environment where service users can be assessed in privacy to see how we can best support them. 

Our number one priority is to ensure service users are safe and treated with care and respect during what can be an emotional and extremely distressing experience.
