The team did exceptionally well, receiving multiple nominations and coming home with the following awards:

Catherine Kerr won allied health professional of the year.

Dementia Care Team (Dr Janet Hutchison, Dr Kate Newton, Dr Aparna Mordekar, Nurses Amanda Bennett, Jo Buckley and Hannah Gower) won best patient experience.

Tracey Fidler recieved a commendation in her catergory for research practitioner of the year.

William Grant was shortlisted for principal investigator of the year.

Michelle Horspool, Deputy Director for Research said: "We’re delighted to have had four nominees shortlisted for the CRN research awards and are really proud to have two winners and one highly commended outcome. We submitted the nominations for people and teams who we felt have gone that extra mile to support research and engaged people who use our services to participate in new treatments/interventions. It’s great that the Clinical Research Network recognised their contributions and commitment. Well-deserved nominations - they’re all winners in our eyes!"
