NHS England asking for feedback from people who have used the 111 mental health option number

The body that leads and oversees the NHS in England is looking for feedback from people who have used the 111 number.

NHS England has published a survey for individuals who have used the 111 number. They would like people to complete the survey to help them gather feedback on their experience of it and the support they received.

The 111 number is for people experiencing something that makes them feel unsafe, distressed, or worried about their mental health to get the help and support they need. People calling it need to select the mental health option to access mental health support. The number can also be called by people on behalf of others needing support.

The survey closes on 15 July.

When completing the survey please select 'Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust' from the drop down menu.

How will my feedback be used?

Responses collected through this survey will be analysed to identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance the quality of care provided. Sharing your views and experiences helps us to continuously improve our services and provide the best possible experience for service users.
