Sheffield Memory Service will be hosting its quarterly patient and carer feedback session on Wednesday 20 September, at The Circle in Sheffield city centre.

Patients, carers and supporters will be able to discuss their experience of the service, suggest possible improvements and hear about new interventions that will be on offer.

Hot drinks will be provided on arrival and during any breaks. We will also provide lunch if requested. Please contact the team on sct-ctr.sheffieldmemoryservice@nhs.net
