We are inviting you to join us for an online event to share your ideas for our new Service User Engagement and Experience Strategy.

The workshop is being run in partnership with Sheffield Flourish and will focus on developing a plan for improving the experiences of people using our services and improving how we engage with them. 

It will be the first of a series of sessions exploring different elements of the strategy. The Service User Engagement and Experience Strategy is part of our key organisational ambition to continuously improve our approach to working with people by learning from people's experience of using our services.

We would like to welcome anyone to join us on this workshop, including current or former service users, staff, friends, family and carers and anyone working in health care systems or the voluntary sector.
