Annual members meeting 2025

We would love you to join us at our annual members meeting on Thursday 25 September at the Millennium Gallery.

The event will showcase the amazing work we have been delivering over the past year. There will be stalls, food and a chance to hear about the exciting year ahead.

Overview

The annual members meeting is an opportunity for our members, staff and the public to receive the annual report and accounts. There will be opportunity to meet the board of directors and council of governors along with other colleagues from across the organisation.

There will be a range of stalls showcasing our services, projects, and partnerships, displaying work across the Trust, as well as our plans for the year ahead. A graphic artist will be documenting the event and refreshments will be provided throughout. A quiet, sensory room will also be available for anyone who wants to attend but may require a calm and relaxing space.

For the main meeting there will be a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter present, and a hearing loop will be available. If you have any additional access requests please let us know at the time of booking so we can support you.

Building access

Millennium Gallery has disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders outside the central library building, a fully accessible lift and is step free throughout. Trained assistance dogs are welcome to the gallery. You can find out more about the location’s accessibility here

Submit your questions

A question and answer session will take place after the formal meeting. This is a chance to ask our executive team any questions you may have about our work over the past 12 months, or our plans for the future.

To help us ensure we can give you an in-depth answer to your question we're asking you to submit your questions ahead of the meeting by emailing foundation.trust@shsc.nhs.uk by Friday 5 September.

Booking requirements

  • We will ask about any dietary requirements allergies, and any additional access requirements at the time of booking
  • We will publish an agenda for the event at least one week before the date of the event
  • As we have a limited number of tickets, if you are unable to attend please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite or let us know at boardcommittees@shsc.nhs.uk
