We would like to invite you to join us for our Annual Members' Meeting on Thursday 23 September 2021.

Normally this event is held in person but due rising Coronavirus infection rates in Sheffield we have decided to run the event online. 

We'll be starting the meeting at 2pm and we will be finishing at around 3.15pm. 


The meeting will be hosted by our Chair, Mike Potts, who will formally present our formally presenting our Annual Report and Accounts for 2020/21

You'll hear about our performance over the past 12 months, what we've achieved, things we need to improve on and our plans for the year ahead.

We'll give you updates on key developments in 2020/21, including our Care Quality Commission inspection results, our response to the Coronavirus pandemic and our plans to continue to improve our services. 

Speakers you will hear from at the meeting include:

  • Jan Ditheridge, Chief Executive
  • Mike Hunter, Executive Medical Director
  • Phillip Easthope, Executive Director of Finance
  • Terry Proudfoot, Lead Governor
  • KPMG (our external auditors)

At the end of the meeting we will be answering any questions that you may want to ask. To have your question answered by one our executive team please let us know when you register your place at the meeting.
