Recovery activities focus on spending time positively. This could be through exercise with our gym or MMA groups, or with a creative activity with our arts and crafts and Rite Trax music groups. Recovery activities take place every week.

Activities take place each week and are open to anyone who is using a START service. If you'd like to come to an activity group check the 'how do I access' info below.

We have a breakfast club from Monday to Friday 10-11:30am serving free sandwiches, sausage rolls and pasties from Greggs. If you'd like to find out more about START and the recovery groups we run, come and have a chat over breakfast at START Sidney Street.
