Do you manage/lead a team?  How can you help your team to achieve their worklife balance?  Send us examples of an activity you, as a team leader, have done to get your team involved in thinking about their worklife balance – maybe a shared lunch, a few people gong for a walk at break time?

Take a Break!

Do you know that taking a break actually makes us more productive, allowing us to recharge our batteries and is better for our mental wellbeing?  Think about how you and others are currently working.  Take a break, even if only for 5 minutes.  Move around.  Move away from the computer.  Go and talk to someone or find somewhere quiet – whatever gives you more of a break.  As part of our commitment to staff we ask you to make sure you TAKE A BREAK!
