12 for 12 Campaign
The 12 for 12 campaign has now finished. Every month between September 2011 and August 2012 we had a different theme to help encourage SHSC staff to have fun, get active and feel good, with related activities and information on what you can do in and around Sheffield on that month's theme.
We were awarded a silver certificate from the NHS Sport & Physical Activity Challenge, a scheme inspired by the 2012 Games to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage and support staff to get more physically active.

Wellbeing Podcasts
The Mental Health Foundation have developed some free audio podcasts aimed at helping you relax and improve your sense of wellbeing. They cover a range of topics including Exercise and Mental Health, Overcoming Fear and Anxiety, and Stress and Relaxation. To view the full list and access the podcasts click here.

Launch Events
We held 2 launch events in September to help get the campaign started. BBC Look North's Tanya Arnold and Sheffield Wednesday's Captain Rob Jones came along to give some celebrity support.
We also received messages of support from Peter Elliott MBE, former Olympic athlete and Dave McCarthy from Sheffield United Football Club.

Each month there will be a small prize allocated to a member of staff who has taken part in an activity related to the theme for that month. All you need to do to enter is fill in the appropriate entry form for that month.
