We welcome your feedback on our services as part of continuing to monitor and improve the quality of our services.
Please feed back to a member of staff about any aspect of our services.  We also ask you to complete evaluation and feedback questionnaires as part of using our services.  We ask for your permission to do this, and these are treated as confidential. Any findings collated are anonymised and will not be used to identify particular individuals.

We produce information leaflets and booklets which provide further information about specific areas of support.
