Industrial Action 21st June

SHSC is expecting minimal disruption to services due to the strike announced by the British Medical Association, set to take place on Thursday 21st June.
We have made every effort to plan ahead in order to minimise the impact of the industrial action on our services. Please note the following:
- The action relates only to doctors, all other members of staff will be working as normal.
- Doctors will attend their normal workplaces but will provide urgent and emergency care only for a 24 hour period.
- The only work which would not take place would be that “which could be safely postponed”.
- If anyone is unsure about whether they should attend for their appointment or treatment on the day they should contact their keyworker or doctor in advance.
